Additional Guests

Contact our office if your guest count exceeds 22. To accommodate more than 22 guests, buy our "Extra Kit" for $100, including 8 extra equipment sets. For over 30 children, an extra Host can be arranged for $200. For detailed terms and conditions, please contact our office.

Travel

If you are outside our travel zone, we are still happy to come to your area for an additional fee. Standard travel fees range from $44 to $88. Please call the office to discuss the charge for your area.

If the 24-hour forecast predicts rainfall between 0-4mm the day before, our event can proceed as planned. However, if the rain is heavier, we offer the following alternatives:

Utilize a spacious indoor hall for hosting the party.

Transition to an indoor-themed party package like Disco, Lego, or Beyblade.

Consider rescheduling the event for a later date.

Outdoor settings are most suitable for Nerf events. Ideally, we seek a nearby park with a flat terrain and scattered trees, providing tactical cover for players during the games. Check out our recommended park lists tailored for Nerf Wars. Alternatively, a grass playing field can also serve as an option.

For Nerf Wars accommodating the usual number of children (between 12 and 22 guests), a space no smaller than a tennis court (approximately 24m x 10m) is recommended. While we prefer slightly larger spaces if available, this size serves as a good reference when scouting for potential locations.

Nerf parties involve high activity levels, and it’s essential for kids to have access to drinks to stay hydrated. Having snack options available during breaks is also beneficial. Rest assured, we supply all the necessary equipment for the event.

We recommend refraining from bringing your own Nerf Blasters or Nerf darts to avoid confusion regarding equipment ownership and potential conflicts among the kids during games. If you do bring your personal Nerf gear, kindly store it separately until after our hosted event concludes.

We highly recommend informing your host if any guests have specific needs, such as ADHD, autism, Asperger’s, Down syndrome, or other behavioral conditions. While our events aim to be inclusive, sharing this information can help the host adjust their approach slightly, especially when interacting with these children, ensuring their comfort, safety, and inclusion.
